Where do you ship from? What shipping methods do you use?
All our packages ship from our warehouses in USA, Asia or Europe, depending on the ordered product(s) and your location. Items sent from our USA warehouse will be shipped by USPS. Packages shipped from our Europe & Asia warehouses will ship via EMS, ePacket, First-Class Package International or Registered Airmail depending on the weight, size of the product(s) and your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are a few countries we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will let you know.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages will be shipped to you and you may have to pay local custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships including your tracking information. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 5 working days after placing your order, please contact us.
I'm unable to track my order / My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes up to 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system. If you received your tracking number more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Don't worry though, you will get all products within the estimated delivery time and you won't get any sort of extra shipping charges for this. All items on our store ship for FREE no matter how many you order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not
receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including the 2-5 day processing time) you can request a refund or a re-shipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a re-shipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. You must send us a tracking # for the returned item in order to process and issue your refund. Thank you.
Reasons you might not get a refund:
- Your order did not arrive or couldn't be delivered due to factors within your control (i.e. wrong shipping address provided, order not picked up by buyer).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside or beyond the control of Feminist Gear (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- You ordered the wrong item and didn't cancel or modify your order within the specified time or before it was shipped.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside or beyond the control of feministgear.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message via the Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, it will be immediately processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (PayPal, for instance), within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size, color or just for another product, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Bear in mind you must return the item at your own expense and it must be unused.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. You must send us a tracking # for the returned item in order to process and send you the new item. Thank you.
