Where do you ship from? What shipping methods do you use?
All our packages ship from our warehouses in USA, Asia or Europe, depending on the ordered product(s) and your location. Items sent from our USA warehouse will be shipped by USPS. Packages shipped from our Europe & Asia warehouses will ship via EMS, ePacket, First-Class Package International or Registered Airmail depending on the weight, size of the product(s) and your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are a few countries we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will let you know.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages will be shipped to you and you may have to pay local custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships including your tracking information. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 5 working days after placing your order, please contact us.
I'm unable to track my order / My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
For some shipping companies, it takes up to 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on their system. If you received your tracking number more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Don't worry though, you will get all products within the estimated delivery time and you won't get any sort of extra shipping charges for this. All items on our store ship for FREE no matter how many you order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days, not including the 2-5 day processing time) you can request a refund or a re-shipment. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so. You must send us a tracking # for the returned item in order to process and issue your refund. Usually I order all T-shirts in size M, this is clearly larger, in comparison with other T-shirts in the same parcel-large. You can wear it, the fabric is good, but consider it when ordering.
Elegant nice material not stinks very cool
A little big for the size, I thought the sleeves were sewn up rolled up. It remains a nice tshirt to wear with jeans, a blazer and tennis.

I'm surprised with the purchase, the fabric looks good quality and it's very nice to wear, the image is all a piece hooked, I hope it doesn't fall off with the washing. The only hit I put on it is that the image is not perfectly centered. I measure 1,59m and I usually be between size S and M, I took the M in case it was too small and the truth is that it corresponds with an M from here, the S would have been nice too but this one is more loose. He's arrived within the right time. Very happy with the purchase, thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised, the very good print quality and the 65% cotton, 35% polyester T-shirt, it is not typical of lycra and the size fits quite the European, it can be 1 or 2 sizes smaller. Very happy.
